From 40:

Take 15/501 exit toward Durham

Several lights down, turn right on Garrett Road

Turn left at first light, onto Chapel Hill Road

Continue straight at light and the road becomes University Dr (incorrectly marked on google maps and mapquest as University Doctor Ext. Try using University Place with googlemaps instead of University Drive).

Turn right onto University Place 

Turn right into the first driveway, the building is directly in front of you
